'The first receptionist I encountered during check in could speak very good English and communicate with me well. Then on the next day, there were any receptionists speaking English, wrong direction was given to me when I asked for going to a seafood place. But they were nice. Hope some more receptionists can speak a little English for international guests.'

'The property was very unique and really made us feel like we were in an authentic Japanese home. The view was absolutely stunning! The only concern was the there was construction in the house next to us and the bathtub area didn’t have a proper roof and the construction workers could see into the space, so we couldn’t really use the tub. One recommendation would be to have a double or queen bed available instead of just twin beds. '
