'The hotel quoted an early check in price 3 days earluerthen charged a higher price at the desk. Hotel did not provide the style of room that was presented in the photograph. I understand tbat phitos of different rooms are sonetimrs a bit different but the dufference between a one bedroom and studio is too great not to miss. No slip natting is required around shower area. I have a torn ligiment now, thank you very little. I would not reccommend this hotel. Rrgards, K. L.'

'Check-in was a mightmare! I booked 2 separate rooms for my brothers and their families for our reunion. They were required to send photos of IDs via viber. Problem #1 , my brothers did not have viber so l had to send the requirements by email. We had to wait before the QR codes were sent which was after 9pm. 'Good luck getting ahold of anyone if you’re not physically there. Messages went ignored. Absolutely terrible customer service, with so many options out there I would definitely stay away from this one. '
