'My sister and I were very impressed with this place. The host was terrific; she had us load our luggage onto a lift while we took the stairs. I was relieved we didn’t have to carry our luggage that far. Yes, it was warm when we first entered the room, but the air conditioning in the bedroom cooled it down quickly. The place was spotless, and I have never seen sheets so white in my life. It was remarkable because it is an older building that is well-maintained. My only complaint is that the bed...

'Even when i had an confirmation and already paid for the romm. They could not find it and i had to leave the place at 1.30am at night in search of another hotel . Terrible communication and reception has no facilities or systems to check. It is only an entrance to a studio. Apparently they have enough bookings so do not care to be customer friendly. '
