'My sister and I were very impressed with this place. The host was terrific; she had us load our luggage onto a lift while we took the stairs. I was relieved we didn’t have to carry our luggage that far. Yes, it was warm when we first entered the room, but the air conditioning in the bedroom cooled it down quickly. 'Even when i had an confirmation and already paid for the romm. They could not find it and i had to leave the place at 1.30am at night in search of another hotel . Terrible communication and reception has no facilities or systems to check. It is only an entrance to a studio. Apparently they have enough bookings so do not care to be customer friendly. '

'Staff was very accommodating and I sincerely appreciate it. I needed the room for an early flight out of terminal 3. The walk from the property to the terminal was a bit confusing but I got there. '

'Location is perfect, close to everything! Security is strict, very safe. Unit is spacious. 3 Big rooms 2 BR with shower and 2 toilets, washer inside too. Little improvements needed, such as no water kettle, no toiletries such as shanpoo, body soap, dishwashing liquid nor paper towels but overall a great stay! '
