'I stayed for about ten days while visiting a nearby university. The staff were all very kind and readily assisted me whenever I needed help. The surrounding area was quite convenient, with local restaurants, convenience stores, laundries, and cafes all within walking distance. The room was also well-equipped with a microwave and an induction cooker, making it easy to prepare meals in the room. If I have a similar opportunity in the future, I would definitely choose to stay here again!'

'It was very clean, well maintained, and in a wonderful location in BGC! The owner was kind and answered me very quickly whenever I sent a message. The staff in the building were also very kind and knowledgeable about nearby locations. There was a mall right at the ground floor just outside the condo with nice upscale restaurants.'

'I booked 3BR from expedia, but ai was given different unit than described. Unit was dirty, cockroach all over the place. AC was leaking in the room, toilet was leaking. Complained to the host/property owner and manager about it but no action taken. The second day I complained they totally ignored my calls and messages. If I could I would give this place zero rating. 'When I booked it, I had a hard time trying to get the name of the property. Okada, City of Dreams and Solaire are three different properties and none of them is the booked place. I communicated that my mother and family will be there a day before my arrival which is why I booked it a day ahead. When they got there, they pushed them to be moved in a two bedroom, very small and only seeing the building as views. I paid for a luxury 3 bedroom apartment, sea view.
