'We arrived and were seen quickly and our room was a suite. Made it easy to spread out all our things as we did travel with a lot. Super convenient to park outside the room. I used the pool and it was a little cold, but I guess when the sun really hits it gets warmer. I walked across the street which isn’t the safest because it’s a highway but there was a Mexican food truck and I picked up dinner there and we ate it by the pool, which was great.'

'The room was newly renovated, however it didn't look clean when we entered the room. We pulled back the bedding and we found it was full of sand and hairy. It was too late for room service to come take care of the issue but we were able to get new sheets and change them ourselves. The pillows are very lumpy and practically disintegrating. The beds are okay but very loud. You cannot move an inch without it squeaking. When I addressed the issue of the dirty shirts to the manager, I asked for...

'Prima hotel en vriendelijk personeel. Wel zat er een mierennest in de badkamer en lagen er haren van een ander op de grond. Verder voldoende gelegenheid tot parkeren en een goede uitvalsbasis richting bijvoorbeeld de Rocky Mountains of richting Vancouver '

'Vriendelijk ontvangen voor ons verblijf van 1 nacht. Ruime en schone kamer. Je parkeert voor de deur. Er zit wel een keukentje in maar er is geen servies, bestek of potten en pannen, je mag ook niet koken op de kamer. Voor ons geen probleem want dat waren we toch niet van plan 😉Wij waren meer dan tevreden!'

'We got a room on the lower floor as we are seniors and avoid stairs. We know that renovations are being done to upgrade the property from when Radisson bought it 2 years ago, and that is great, but our biggest concern is the air conditioner, which is very noisy. Also, the bathroom is very small but the main complaint is the fan, which is also noisy goes on when you turn on the light. The fan isn't needed for the quick night time potty stops but it wakes anyone who is sleeping.'
