'Everything seemed to be a hassle at this hotel. We really didn't feel welcomed. Upon arrival no one helped us with our luggage. The main reception area was hard to find and has extremely poor lighting. The staff were friendly but very inexperienced. It was difficult carrying our luggage up a flight of stairs to our room. We did have the option to use and elevator but it was roughly 100 yards out of the way. I would of hoped a staff member would of helped us with our luggage. The boardwalk is...

Er zit wel een keukentje in maar er is geen servies, bestek of potten en pannen, je mag ook niet koken op de kamer. 'How does this have so many good reviews?? I’ve stayed here for the past 5 years. It has gone wayyyy down hill. It’s smelled like plastic, Terrible in the elevator and terrible smell in the hall ways. We walked in the room. We checked In. She was rude We walked in room. Change on the counter. So how is it cleaned?? Went to pool. Mayham… Went to have breakfast, Kids running around everywhere, couldn’t get anything. Mayham. 3 workers no one said anything. Children 3 different times...

'We got a room on the lower floor as we are seniors and avoid stairs. We know that renovations are being done to upgrade the property from when Radisson bought it 2 years ago, and that is great, but our biggest concern is the air conditioner, which is very noisy. Also, the bathroom is very small but the main complaint is the fan, which is also noisy goes on when you turn on the light. The fan isn't needed for the quick night time potty stops but it wakes anyone who is sleeping.'
