'10/10 experience at Citizen House! My husband and I just got back from our stay, and we had such a great time. We were there celebrating my graduation from RN school, and Citizen House made the whole experience feel so special. We got to eat in the members club area at the bar, and the bartender was excellent. He recommended amazing drinks and really added to the experience. 'We are very pleased with this hotel. Parking downtown was in the garage next door. There was a charge, but after checking in and paying for the parking we could enter/exit as often as we liked. The elevators in the garage were accessed only by key card and brought us right down to the lobby. The front door to the lobby was also always secure and accessible by key card or front desk staff. We felt very safe! Our room was comfortable, breakfast was enjoyable, and we will return the next...

'I was not impressed with the room. The desk through the middle of the room keeps the tv from being easily watched from the couch OR the bed. The barn door to the bathroom required both hands to open and close. It has a frosted glass door and when it was closed and you turned on the light in the middle of the night, it was like you turned on a light in the room. Breakfast was good. The staff was great.'

'The rooms were very nice, and the housekeeping staff was great. The only drawback to our stay was that there was no free breakfast, or breakfast on site. From what we read about the property, before arriving, we believed that they did serve a free breakfast. However, they did not. There was a McDonald's nearby as well as a Waffle House. The issue for us was that we had to allow additional time in our schedule which had definite time constraints already. Otherwise, we would have planned ahead...
