'They put us in a “renovated” room, it was dirty. The bed was dirty. The sheets, blankets, and pillow cases had makeup and marks on them like they haven’t been washed. The second bed looked like it had clean sheets but the mattress protector was nasty and dirty like they don’t wash or change those out either. 'IT TOOK AND HOUR AND HALF TO GET INTO MY ROOM BECAUSE THE KEYS WOULDNT WORK SO THEY SWITCHED MY ROOMS, IF I LEFT ME ROOM IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY I COULDNT GET BACK IN SO I HAD TO KEEP GETTING KEYS MADE, THEN THEY KEPT MY ENTIRE DEPOSIT BECAUSE THE SERVICE DOGS I WAS TAKING BACK TO THEIR OWNERS WERE NOT MINE, IT WAS A TOTAL CRAP SHOW. 'maybe leave some trash bags, nobody has them, but a rug for when you get out of the shower would be nice, but it was great, it's probably the first hotel I've ever slept in and not wake up with any type of back pain, actually meant to try to take a picture of the tag. Mr Eldrick that's the one who checked me in and he was amazing. I gave him a 10 out of 10 thank y'all very much.'
