'Good'

'I felt like the price was really fair for what we got. The place was very dusty, under the beds had loads of dog hair which wasn't ideal for someone with allergies. I just had to vacuum and dust on arrival to minimize allergies. The place was clean otherwise. No mold on ceiling referred to in other reviews Outdoor area was really cute! If you're a light sleeper just be aware the walls are thin between apartments and all wooden floors means you hear every neighbouring movement. But...

'Very disappointing stay – Not worth the price I was very dissatisfied with this property. It was way too expensive given the small room size, uncomfortable beds, small bathroom, and especially the lack of cleanliness. The host provided no check-in or check-out instructions at all, so I had to reach out myself upon arrival. The kitchen was constantly dirty, with dirty dishes left in the sink during my entire stay, so we didn't use any utensils. The room's bathroom clearly hadn't been...

'Lovely owners who were eager to assist with anything you need. Lovely location across the road from the bay with nice walking paths. Everything was clean and tidy. A lovely accommodation that we would be happy to stay in again.'

'This house suited our family of six perfectly. Everyone had a bedroom which was excellent. The house was very clean with very good beds and furniture settings. I would recommend this address to other families.'

'A great spot, a fantastic house layout with a heap of space for family & friends. Great location with handy spots locally for a coffee/food. Easy walk to train station. Great communication and very welcoming & accomodating. A must stay!'

'Hi there my host Oliva was very helpful when I needed it and the place was excellent had a very good time was well worth the money the location was great very close to the mall'

'Lovely stay but no hotwater in the kitchen. Bed very hard had to sleep on the couch. Lovely owner '

'Host was not accomodating at all. Excuse after excuse as to why things were not done. The lawns were 2 foot high but excuses about previous rain was why the lawns were not mowed. The BNB was dirty on arrival yet the host had the audacity to charge extra for our puppies (which we had already advised that we were travelling with) plus the host decided to charge extra for turning up an hour earlier which I believe is not legal to do. We had no sooner than arrived & the host was at the door...

'The location in proximity to UQ was incredible. Public transport was easy to navigate given how close it was to the property. Clean room and bathroom. Sharing the kitchen was an alright experience. Host was easy to communicate with. Did wish there was a better blind situation in the bathroom for better privacy. Overall, very happy though.'

'Great location, lots of food options, 5 min walk to convention centre. Easy walk to river & restaurants. Clean, great pool area!'

'The shower was amazing everything was wonderful.'

'Less than 24hr prior to arrival the property manager reached out and asked for multiple things otherwise they wouldn't proceed with my booking... Which was already fully paid for... If you're not comfortable sending a selfie with your credit card, don't book here. After all of that hassle (and not getting much help from Stayz support as this property is externally managed), we were passing the area 2hrs prior to check in and I asked if early check in was possible as we wanted to drop our bags,...
