'A complete serene get-away. Removed from it all. Booked a suite with a bath and massage chair, also included den area and “dine” area with additional cots for extra visitors. They do close the gate from 10pm-5am, if you’re looking to go out for the night, ensure you’re out until 5am. Otherwise, this is perfect to checkout and decompress. Breakfast was phenomenal and scheduled, you pick your time. There is also a free shuttle to the stations. '

'Arima grand hotelhas shuttle to and from the bus station. The staff, amenities and the whole property were top notch. The souvenir shop had some of the top items from town. The onsens were big and spacious. The onsen on the 9th floor had breathtaking view and the onsens on the ground level overlook a bamboo forest. The food was excellent and the service was impeccable! Loved this place, would certainly go back. Highly recommended! '
