'Clean, affordable, close to restaurants and shops'

'Fantastic in every way. Interestingly quirky without being weird. Quiet. Great lighting. Convenient parking.'

'I’ve never written a review for a hotel, but by chance someone is saved from being fooled by the 200+ positive reviews that HAVE to have been bought, here it is. This property is disgustingly dirty and atrociously dilapidated. The pictures you see on the listing are absolutely NOT accurate. The halls are filthy, doors with chips and dents all over. Carpet had holes and there are holes in the walls of the hallway. Paint is peeling everywhere. Our room had two large brown stains from a leak...

'House was easy to access and had everything I needed for a quiet stay. Clean and comfortable.'

'We hit the jackpot when we found this charming apartment in Tellico Village! It is so well thought out and every space is used to fit everything perfectly! The location was wonderful and the apartment was spotless! Hope put love into this place! We didn’t need for anything while we were there! We hope to return and enjoy the comfort of this delightful apartment! Thank you, Hope for being a top not owner!'

'Good location. Plenty of food choices close.'

'This is such a lovely property - spacious, clean, tastefully decorated and very functional. I had everything I needed and the location is great. Right at the edge of the UT campus within walking distance to numerous restaurants, etc. The hosts were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. I ended up having to extend my trip and had to change to another one of their units in the building and they made the transition very easy for me. I will definitely be staying here again!'

'Front desk and employee were horrible🎣'

'Perfect size and layout for us for a long weekend. Location is right in downtown so there's so many things in walking distance. From restaurants to beautiful parks and the summer time farmers market is just down the street.Would definitely stay here again.'

'Pleasant place for a quick stay while visiting Knoxville. Close to food options and fun activities nearby.'

'Place was perfect for our overnight stay while we were in town for a funeral. It was very conveniently located to where we needed to be. Kitchen was well stocked. Nice to have 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. The parking was a little confusing but we figured it out. We were in a mini van but I’m not sure a larger vehicle would have been able to navigate the alley. Would definitely use again if we were back in town.'

'Location was great. It was very good for what we needed.'

'Perfect for two people. Close to the city, great walking area, food options. Clean and comfortable.'

'We have stayed in several locations around Knoxville while visiting UT Medical. Old City is our favorite, and this loft was clean, comfortable, fun, and steps away from unique dining destinations and a short walk to Market Square. We had delicious dinner at Fiori, and for breakfast we did the short drive to Kern Food Hall and ate at Eggspectation. Definitely recommend a trip to Kern Food Hall. Check in/out was easy, & the host was very patient and helpful when we had a booking glitch on our end....

'Great place to stay'

'I have nothing bad to say about this place. The whole experience was just wonderful '

'Great space, but couldn't get connected to wifi. Reached out to owner via email but didn't get a response but admittedly, I didn't try texting him.'
