'All perfect. Just a tad bit issie with the washing machine may be we didnt notice if that was already mentioned in the listing, but machine was not working so we had to do some replanning with the clothing. Otherwise the cabin is quite nice. Very thoughtful hosts. Location is good not too far from Gatlinburg. Overall a great place for a break. Will sure book again when we plan to go.'

'We did not get check in information, when we called VR BO they said they would cancel our reservation and someone would call to assist us with another reservation…they never did ! An hour later we got a call from the owner and got check in information at about 8:00. The property was great. This was disappointing since we had just had a reservation canceled in Florida with vrbo and was also told we would be contacted when the host canceled a 18 night reservation…again no help.
