'Room and bathroom were high quality. I do not believe vacant rooms should be kept at A/C temp of 70 degrees. Too cold for normal people upon arrival. Thermostats customer control is very nice. Wasting precious energy in vacant rooms increases cost to Corporation and is passed down to customers. Wouldn't possible reduction of cost, even if small, help to increase patronage and enhance customer perception of Hyatt brand? The thing I did not like was not enough instruction or signage or emphasis...
