'We traveled for a week and stayed at several hotels, this was the most expensive and the poorest condition. The hot tub and sauna were barely useable and very dirty. '

'When I called ahead of time, the front desk promised me that charging overnight would not be an issue as there are two areas with EV chargers at the property. While there are in fact ~12 EV spots, when we arrived at 10pm, there was only one car actually charging and the rest of these spots were taken by cars that are not electric. Since I needed to drive 5 hours the next morning, I ended up driving around town late at night in search of a charger. I recognize the need for others to park as well,...

'My dog and I have stayed here twice this month now. Staff is very kind and professional. They have grassy areas for the dogs to go, and there are a few parks in Ritzville too. I appreciated the king sized bed both times, clean room, working AC, and quiet atmosphere. Will definitely be staying here again! '
