'The inside of the home is perfect! Nice and clean, comfortable beds. Plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 teens. The outside of the home could use some cleaning up. The grass was pretty tall and the trees really needed trimming. This did not affect our stay at all. I also had a little trouble with locking the front door. You have ro hold down the lock button instead of just pressing it. Overall it was a great stay. Would stay again for sure!'

'We enjoyed a family Thanksgiving at the farm. The place has everything you need! Kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of space for everyone. Enjoyed our stay. We recommend this home! '

'Property was as described, check in process was easy, and communication with host was quick and responsive. We were in town for a baseball tournament and enjoyed our stay with plenty of room for kids to spread out in between baseball games. Had all the amenities we needed and beds were comfortable. '

'House came with everything you could possibly need, such as games, chargers, coffee, more towels than even 8 of us could possibly use. Anything you'd need is within walking distance. We needed wal mart, flower shop, ice cream place, subway and convenience store and they're all within a couple of blocks. Check in and out was easy and no onerous clean up rules. '

'If you need a larger house with great access to Maize area, this is the place. Very good layout and lots of amenities at the place. Would recommend to anyone.'

'The stairs are very steep, it’s obviously very historical and they have them as the original stairs but we had to carry our dogs up and down the stairs each time and we ended up having our parents sleep on an air mattress on the first floor. There is a bedroom downstairs just no bed, adding a bed on the first floor would make things perfect. I hate to put anything negative on here but I feel like people need to take this into account when renting. '

'Lovely property and great for family get togethers. Probably was one of the best stocked rentals we have ever had. Lots of Coffee K-cup choices and food staples. We catered in brunch for 15 family and there were plenty of utensiles and dishes. Very friendly for our 2 year old with toys and a little tent fort in the basement. Extremely comfortable beds.'

'We stayed in Wichita for graduation weekend, and from the moment we booked, Alexandra was in touch with excellent communication. The home was perfect for our family—spacious, clean, and well-organized. Everyone was comfortable, and the space was stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the essentials, and both bathrooms were spotless with plenty of fresh towels.Although we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the backyard or hot tub due to our short stay, they looked like great...

'This is a cute house in the wonderful college hill area. It was near everywhere we wanted to go while in town. Also close enough to downtown. There a nice workout room and great coffee and hot tea selection.'
