'We travel frequently. Never in my life have we encountered anyone who strived so hard to ensure our stay was perfect. The AC went out. Within an hour he had someone over to assess the issue. The unit needed to be replaced. Within an hour he had some ones he o out and buy 3 huge floor units and then the next had a neew AC system installed. I was completely stunned. He offered a refund which we declined. Just awesome people and without a doubt the best host we have ever had. Amazing!!!!'
