'The most enjoyable encounter during this stay was our interaction with Michelle, manager of the breakfast cafe. Her service was excellent, and she was pleasant and attentive to our every need. The breakfast was delicious, the area was inviting. We greatly appreciated her service. Check in was good, as well, and check out also. The individuals on duty at the front desk on Friday and Saturday morning were cordial and informed us of everything we needed to know. Even the environmental services...

'Hotel website stated they had a breakfast buffet but it was not available. They were short staffed and it took forever to receive utensils, a menu, and never had Hot coffee. The staff made it known to everyone that they only had one cook and it would be over 45 minutes before you would receive your food. Management needs to do a better job at managing staffing needs when you are running a large hotel.'

'Mattresses were uncomfortable, ants in room, limited lighting. The area was run down as well as the building.'

'Nicely renovated rooms. I really liked having a counter and bar stool seating. Had a nice sofa for seating also. Staff was friendly & the free breakfast was actually really good. We enjoyed our stay would stay again if we are ever in the area again. '

'Tiffany the GM was the most unplesant. I had a group of 10 people with a total of 5 rooms. She was rude and disrespectful to us all. We were put in "non-smoking" rooms and that was not the case. None of us could stay there or tolerate the smoke and the only solution was to spray aerosols..... I book hotels for work and stay in them all across the country and have never experienced anything like the checkin that we had.
