'Check in was a mess. I had reserved and PAID FOR three rooms through Expedia. (two on one reservation, and one room on a second reservation). Upon arrival, only two reservred rooms were in their records. We had to pay for the thitd room that was already billed to my credit card.. (at a higher rate) Totally unacceptable.... I will call expedia tomorrow & request a refund for the third room.'

'The hotel was clean and comfortable with nice amenities and friendly staff. It is downtown so a very convenient location. I was walking distance (about 25 min) from the Canal area and had a very nice roof top dinner at the Social View. That said if it was not for that a walked during daylight hours, I would not recommend walking this area at night; a short drive or Uber ride would be a safer option if before dawn or after dusk. '
