'The host communicated all arrival and departure instructions very clearly and initiated the conversation. I found that very helpful so I wasn't waiting for answers as I have with previous hosts. The house was very clean and cozy! She provided coffee and a few snacks for our enjoyment. The house has many essentials in it that were helpful also. I would happily book again if it's available on our next trip that direction!'

'When we arrived at the “charming home” Here were our issues:Overgrown grass (very)Hot! two small window units - 1 in each bedroom unable to cool the home with both on High4 bath towels 1 hand towel 5/load of laundry/35 fine if not prepaid via Venmo or cash ap One vehicle limit (we drove 10 hours in 2 cars)Shower door very looseBedroom lights not working. lamp and ac on extension cord Bed and couch very uncomfortable Smell of sewer! one block from the sewer treatment plant. Poorly stocked kitchen...
