'Communication though Expedia app was easy and thorough. We were only there overnight for a concert and the weather was terrible so we never saw any staff but the room was great. Very cute property and room. The room was clean, beds were comfy & space was large. We would absolutely stay there again if we’re ever in Lincoln!'

'Refurbished and clean. Still a few odd things, no plug in tub. Staff had to be called to check in. Didn’t have snow shoveled near outdoor entrance but were responsive when I pointed it out. Could be more customer service oriented. Said I should go make sure the exterior door was unlocked for unloading close to room when they could just as easily walked down down and done it as they had no other customers. Staff was polite though. Ok for the price point. '

'We were very impressed with the property, check-in was easy and the clerk at the desk was very friendly. The room was incredibly clean, and the king size bed was very comfortable, and I am picky about my mattresses! The AC unit was not too loud and kept good steady temperature, and the parking lot was not noisy at all. I would not hesitate to stay here again.'
