'The apartment is an older building, but in an area which was easy to get to and easy to get to downtown Raleigh. I did have to clean the kitchen some before using. The pots had some food residue from a previous renter and there were some sticky spots on counters and tables. One thing which would help renters keep things clean would be to have more dish soap available, there was a small amount in the kitchen, but I had to go purchase dish soap to be able to clean our dishes after eating. 'It was a comfortable stay for 2 people. It is super quiet! Only issue is the parking. Only one spot for 2 units. One night we had to park on the street and walk in the dark to get to the back of the house (lights were on the steps) other than the parking (I use a cane) it was a nice retreat instead of the bustle of a hotel.'

'I would say the kitchen was not fully equipped (especially for 4 or more adults)-you need to have at least one hot pad or hot mitt. -a strainer would be an essential-more dishes for 4-6 people to eat from-extra dish towels and a clean sponge for handwashingwe were able to enjoy a couple of meals at the house but did go out for two meals as well. '
