'This is not a conventional hotel; Reception is often unattended and guests are trusted to look after themselves. Maids will not enter your room when you are out to tidy, clean and make the beds, though a member of staff did offer us clean towels when we needed them. "The bathroom was not clean. I had to make them clean the bathroom while I was in the room.
Without mentioning or permission they reserved a deposit on my creditcard. While checking out they did not even mention it or informed that they would release the amount. I still have not received the guarantee amount back (5days later). The hotels I had after this one already released the guarantee (the next day after checking out).
