'Great place that you won't regret. I will definitely come back if I return to Nice. My only suggestion for the place is that they need to be stricter with kids running around the property. There was a family that had multiple rooms and kids and they would allow the kids to run back and fourth around the rooms at 7 AM. Kids need to run but that early the staff need to step up.'

"Ga zeker voor een iets duurder hotel in Nice als je in een propere, moderne kamer wilt slapen. Dus niet dit hotel. Het is ontzettend verouderd, echter wel proper.
Ramen kunnen niet volledig open gezet worden doordat er achter het raam (10cm verder) opnieuw een raam staat.
De airco werkt niet want "het is winter in april". Het was dus heel erg warm en benauwd op de kamer. We moesten met het ene kleine raampje open slapen terwijl we langs de grote baan lagen. Het leek alsof we op de straat sliepen door het licht en lawaai.
Lijkt totaal niet zoals op de foto's. Wij kwamen in een heel oude niet gerenoveerde kamer terecht.
De kamer waar wij in verbleven, bleek een connecting room te zijn. Echter zat de deur op slot met zen inni minnie slotje in de kleerkast wat een onveilig gevoel gaf. "

"The bathroom was not clean. I had to make them clean the bathroom while I was in the room.
Without mentioning or permission they reserved a deposit on my creditcard. While checking out they did not even mention it or informed that they would release the amount. I still have not received the guarantee amount back (5days later). The hotels I had after this one already released the guarantee (the next day after checking out).
The location is ideal, walking distance from the promenade. They have a good breakfast. Also valet Parking available. "
