'Beautifully finished, styled and even curated hotel with classy attention to small details without an hint of pretentiousness. Food and cocktails in various restaurants beautifully prepared and presented with loving care for detail down to the cutlery and table presentation and served by friendly and well informed staff. 'YELO Mozart is centrally located with easy close by parking, shopping and public transportation close by. Yelo Mozart hotel thought of many customer needs including beach towels and beach umbrellas. John at reception was very kind and answered all my questions. Fabien helped us tremendously with showing us locations and shopping places. They both tolerated my broken French. The sink was dripping water I advised the front desk and they sent a plumber and fixed the leak. The only concern that...
'The rooms look very nice and great design. That is the good part. But the rooms lack sound proof, it can be are very noisy with doors closing and other guests in next rooms.
Further after check out I needed to get something from my case and called three times the reception at 11:45, no answer.
I hurried back to the hotel and was there at 11:50 but it was already closed.
No idea when it will be open again but this is terrible service provided.

"The bathroom was not clean. I had to make them clean the bathroom while I was in the room.
Without mentioning or permission they reserved a deposit on my creditcard. While checking out they did not even mention it or informed that they would release the amount. I still have not received the guarantee amount back (5days later). The hotels I had after this one already released the guarantee (the next day after checking out).
The location is ideal, walking distance from the promenade. They have a good breakfast. Also valet Parking available. "
