Judith, We are sorry to hear you had some issues with housekeeping and pests during your stay. We have a 24/7 hotline for you to reach out to us during your stay for housekeeping and maintenance issues so that we can address them while you are here. Pest control comes out monthly, but we would have been happy to have to come out to check and take care of pests that you might have encountered. Our property care team works hard to address these issues and appreciate your feedback. We are sorry you had a few negative encounters and would be happy to make it up to you in the future.

Thank you for your review Barry! We are sorry it was not up to our cleaning standards and would have loved to send housekeeping back out to rectify any uncleanliness that was missed. Unfortunately, the parking pass fees are regulated by the HOA's that run the condo buildings themselves and we are unable to purchase them ahead of time to add to your overall price. Unfortunately, the parking pass fees are regulated by the Condo Owners Associations that run the buildings themselves.
