'The staff was extremely friendly and always asked about our comfort. Everyone we met was very helpful. The day we arrived, the street parking lot was full (even though the signs clearly say the lot is for hotel patrons only) and I was disappointed when the front desk clerk said they don’t monitor that. She did inform us of another parking area around back which was empty. It might be helpful to let patrons know that in advance. Otherwise, amazing hotel!'
