We hebben onlangs de wasmachine, droger, zwembadmeubilair, matras beneden vervangen, het zwembadfilter vervangen om de capaciteit te verdubbelen tot 100 liter en de stofzuiger geüpgraded!

Dit drankvergunning vakantiehuis heeft een geweldige locatie met uitzicht op het meer. Het is professioneel ingericht volgens de hoogste standaard en onlangs opnieuw ingericht.

Op de begane grond bevinden zich de keuken, de eet- en woonruimte en een slaapkamer met een tweepersoonsbed en een eigen badkamer met een queensize bed. De begane grond en-suite badkamer heeft een bad en een douche. De keuken is volledig uitgerust met een vaatwasser, een fornuis, koelkast met vriesvak en magnetron.
In de eetzaal is een grote tafel en een ontbijtbar. Het komt ook uit op de patio van het zwembad.

De slaapkamer op de bovenverdieping is ingericht met een kingsize bed en heeft een eigen badkamer met een dubbele douche. Zowel genieten van een prachtig uitzicht op het meer.
Ook op de bovenste verdieping zijn twee tweepersoons slaapkamers met twee eenpersoonsbedden en een familie badkamer om voldoende ruimte te bieden voor iedereen om te ontspannen.

Aan de achterzijde van het pand, met uitzicht op het meer, is een 20ft x 10ft verwarmd privé zwembad met een veiligheidshek en een veiligheidshek met een afsluitbare grendel.
Het zwembad is verlicht met onderwaterverlichting, dus na zonsondergang genieten kinderen van zwemmen terwijl u geniet van een biertje of een cocktail.
Ligstoelen en ligstoelen bieden een ontspannen tijd naast het zwembad.
Alleen de laatste herenhuizen zoals deze woning, hebben een groot zwembad.

Baby- en peuterapparatuur wordt gratis verstrekt, klaar voor gebruik. Deze omvatten een hoge stoel, een inklapbare kinderbed en 2 traphekjes.

De kabel-tv-service is ook geüpgraded naar 108 kabelkanalen, waarvan vele in HD.

Een dvd-speler van Region 1 (VS) is ook aanwezig in een van de slaapkamers met 2 aparte bedden.

Aan de voorzijde van het pand is voldoende gratis parkeergelegenheid inclusief speciaal ingerichte invalidenparkeerplaatsen.

Dit is een self-catering en op zichzelf staand eigendom.

Everything about the place was great, especially the private pool. The place was exactly as described, clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive and even was able to modify my arrival and end dates when I had to change my trip. I stayed 7 nights and wished I could have stayed longer. Casa Confortável e bem localizada

A casa parece bastante com o anúncio, é grande, os quartos são amplos, acomodou bem 8 pessoas, eletrodomésticos funcionando bem, fogão, geladeira, máquina de lavar e secar excelentes. A piscina é linda, porém não usamos devido ao frio. A vista para o lago também é maravilhosa. Condomínio bem localizado, tranquilo. Check in e Check out perfeitos com as informações que nos foram repassadas por e-mail. Wifi também excelente. Super recomendo essa hospedagem.

Great Property!

I stayed in March 2022 with family members including my grandchildren aged 5 and 7 plus an infant. The property was as described. Check in was a breeze. The house was well equipped. We have been renting vacation homes for years so knew what to bring with us. Anything we didn't have could be easily purchased at nearby stores. The community is nice and quiet. We mostly just stayed at the house, enjoying the pool and walks in the neighbourhood. Ian was absolutely amazing to deal with. He responded promptly to questions and was very friendly. I would not hesitate to rent from him again. We didn't have to contact the property manager for anything but I'm certain that the experience would have been great.

Great VRBO experience

This was our first stay in a VRBO home when visiting Orlando. We've previously stayed at a WDW resort but these are really getting very pricey for a basic hotel room. Prior to our vacation stay, Ian was very responsive in replying to emails received requesting additional information. Upon arrival, the home was in excellent condition. Home was very clean and well stocked with towels, etc. Make sure to bring your own shampoo and other personal care items. Grocery stores, Wal-Mart and great restaurants are all near by and WDW Theme Parks are a short 10-15 minute ride depending upon traffic. Subdivision where home is located is gated, and subdivision is very nice with pools, fitness area. In addition, there is a large center lake with a walking path around the lake for those that like a morning walk/jog. No problems accessing the amenities. Our only draw back was that the master bedroom is on the 2nd floor. Except for that, I wouldn't hesitate staying in this home on our next trip to WDW. There was no communication with the local property manager because we had no problems with the home. Thanks Ian, you're rental home fit our needs just fine.

We were very happy with our stay at this property! Worked very well for our family of 5. The kids enjoyed the pool and us parents enjoyed the space. We could all do our own thing in the evening once we got home from a busy day at Disneyworld. Spring Break in Kissimmee

We spent a week at this property in March and it was just perfect for our family. It had a first floor master for my dad, a second floor master for my husband and me and two additional rooms for my kids. The pool was great and my kids used it everyday. Clean, beautiful home in great location

Ian’s place is spacious and comfortable with a nice heated pool. We used the pool despite temps in the 50s! A short drive from all the parks and about 90 minutes from the Atlantic. We didn’t need anything additional as the house is fully stocked with all the comforts of home. Ian was very organized and communicated everything very clearly. Great stay!

Excellent Townhouse!!

We had an amazing stay at this townhouse. Everything you could need was already stocked in the kitchen. The pool was a great size and heated when we arrived. Ian was very responsive with any questions I had. The only things we were a bit disappointed in were the townhome does not have a grill (when it says grill in the amenities list) and the resort hot tubs close at 6pm/sundown. Don't plan on relaxing in the hot tub on a chilly night. All else considered, this is a beautiful, clean home that was a great value.

This is our second time staying in Ian’s villa we stayed for 3 weeks this year. (we have already booked for 2019) what can I say contact with Ian before and during our stay was very good, Ian always responds very quickly. The villa it’s self is in a great location both on the complex and from the parks, just off the 192 where there are plenty of places to eat, many supermarkets including a new Walmart. The gated complex is just lovely, nice and quite, pool area is lovely as well. should you need anything reception is always happy to help. The villa has everything you need for a perfect stay in Orlando it’s home from home for us and I just love staying there. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Orlando now. Great villa

Great Vacation Home

This was our first visit to this particular property and I would have to say we loved it. The resort itself was very beautiful and the grounds were very well taken care of. Great Vacation!

We truly loved our family vacation here! From day 1 Ian has been very helpful and very quick to respond to any little question. Plenty of details for arrival and departure made both very easy. The place itself is very nice with plenty of room for 6 of us (two couples and 2 kids). There is a small pool right in the backyard but we often used the clubhouse pools and hot tubs. This was a perfect spot for our Disney trip as all of parks are within 15 minutes of here, in fact we're so close you can hear the fireworks every night! The townhouse is also very close to grocery stores and restaurants etc. Thanks for a great stay Ian.

A Wonderful Stay

We spent 6 nights at this property & would highly recommend it to anyone who seeks hotel alternatives while visiting Orlando area. The property owner was very professional and courteous. All our questions were responded to in a timely manner. Checking in & out was effortless. The property has everything that's needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was very secure for young kids with multiple safety measures. The location was ideal with shopping nearby and the Disney parks 15-25 minutes away. The community was quiet & peaceful. The property was as describe and was perfect

We stayed in the property in September 2017, a few days before our holiday we hear about Hurricane Irma and to say we was worried was an understatement. We was contacted by the owner Ian and given very good information about what we should do when we arrive, information about the structure of the house and much more. I could not have felt happier about going after all this information. From the moment I made and enquiring about the home Ian was always happy to answer my questions and responded quickly. The home its self was very comfortable and was a real home from home, I will be returning to this property. The property was just off the 192 were there is many restaurants, supermarkets and gas stations. Disney is only about a 10-15 minute drive and is easy to get to from this home. I would recommend this home if your looking to stay on a lovely quiet gated complex close to Disney.

We enjoyed our vacation in Florida @ encantada bella home. It had all the comforts of home and was very nice to be able to enjoy the sites yet spend time with our family in comfort.
