'My boyfriend and I were traveling to Kyoto. We didn’t realize how far it would be to travel back and forth from the hotel to Kyoto. Luckily the staff was able to give us a refund for the other two nights. They made sure we felt comfortable and that everything was going to be okay. During our stay we got to experience the scenery of the beautiful town and the people were so sweet. 'Great spot for staying a night or two directly in the Nara Park. This allowed us to get up early and have basically the whole park to ourselves before the tourist groups arrive. Would definititely recommend it! The room was nice and clean, the staff was friendly and the location was perfect.'

'宿自体はとてもキレイで快適だったが、残念ながら隣のEAST宿泊者に恵まれず不満が残った。特に畳の部屋が隣接しているようで、話の内容まで丸聞こえ。日付が変わっても宴会を続け、オーナーの奈良旅館に直接電話し注意してもらっても改善されず、結局眠気が勝るまで寝付けなかった。 尚案内メールに記載の携帯電話は夜間のためか繋がらず、ネットで調べた固定電話に電話して対応していただいた。その点においてコミュニケーションを星2とした。 宿自体、宿側の対応に落ち度はないだけにとても残念でした。'
