'朝食付き，とあったので安さで決めました。が、いざ行ってみたら"朝食あり"で申込まないと駄目との事。でも安価で申し込むと自動的に食事無しになる(客は知らない)仕組みになっています。 出掛けた先からホテルに帰るバスの案内が無く、ホテル従業員さえ知らず"タクシーに乗っても2千円以内だ"と案内するので 乗ったら3千円以上になり 次の日はバス乗り場が分からず2時間30分迷いました。 交通機関は表示するか 従業員がきちんとバス乗り場やバス時間等を把握しておいて欲しいです。 それは基本的なサービスではないでしょうか？'

'I stayed here the second time. The hotel building is very clean and sound proof. A good western hotel with Kyoto design. It was a very relaxing stay. Our room had a washing machine, magnetron and mini kitchen. I could cook a noodle soup with veggies. With some children a great choice. It took some time to find right busses. Bus 84 and 81, Karasuma Line and Keihan line. All walking distance. '

'The staff were very courteous and attentive to our needs. The staff gave us a check in receipt with instructions on how to operate our room lights, breakfast times, key instructions for our room, and check out info. Unfortunately we did not pay attention to the check out time but they called and reminded us. The staff were kind and extended our time for us for a small fee which we did not mind paying to be there the hour over time. The hotel was the most pleasant hotel experience we have had...
