'Ample parking at front of property. Staff very welcoming and polite. The room was great with a view of the gardens, which were lovely to walk around. The building had character. The meal in the restaurant was fabulous as was breakfast, and the service excellent. 5 stars. Will definitely stay here if in the area again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️😁👍'

'I stayed for two nights at the end of may and the first thing I liked was easy access well sign posted parking. The house itself is directly opposite the old castle with its impressive mote complete with moorhens and ducks with their baby ducklings. The house itself is a curious mix of antique and modern but is fascinating to look at.
