'The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean enough. but the floor was dusty. I still don't get why Americans wear shoes in the room. There was also an already drunk water bottle in the fridge. The price was great for the room. We got a room in the courtyard, not the one near the ocean. The TV screen was big. The room in general was well equipped and maintained. The AC was new. The ice machine was in a walking distance.'

'Like nearly everyone else, we are not crazy about the kiosk check in and check out. Occasionally, a word will be garbled in transmission and the person at the other end will be oblivious to the communication problem. They don't respond to questions very well, or respond inappropriately. '
