Staff was very friendly and very accommodating for a last minute decision to stay and unsure if I would need to stay another night due to a road closing and undetermined reopening. 'Everytime i come to check in at Welcome Center its always one customer service representative friendly and one thats not friendly thistime the young man who Checked me in very friendly and made me feel very welcome the lady working with him when I spoke to her didn't acknowledge me or speak back same thing when I checked out the lady was very very friendly and thanked me for staying at Beechwoods the guy standing beside her i spoke too didn't speak back or acknowledge me. 'Everything was excellent. Only thing was we couldn’t get meals there because they had no reservations. Had to go out. If you were staying on property and you could eat there it would be nice. Staff everyone to a person were courteous and friendly. Property is well maintained clean. A beautiful place.'
