He wants to make sure all of his guests have a great time and everything they could possibly need. He was transparent about everything and went above and beyond to make sure we had all that we need. 'We liked the lake, water park and paddle boats for the kids. Beachwoods exclusive parking for beach access is nice. Need to get the big slide operational or replace with something else. Also the game room wasn't open which was disappointing for our kids. We stayed in one of the older models and it could really be felt in the floors and seen on the exterior. Overall it was a good experience with a few inconveniences.'
