'Excellent view of Yamashita park and the harbour from the lobby balcony. Excellent staff service who kept our luggage for us after checkout so that we could explore the area a bit more. Highly recommend! '

They are all amazing at their job, with their kindness, attention to detail, and the pleasant atmosphere they help create. Of all the hotels I've stayed at, there are only 2 other hotels that come close. Easy 5/5 stars, and definitely a hotel I'd recommend. '

'Een modern en luxueus hotel in het nieuwe deel van Yokohama, met binnen- en buitenzwembad, al is het laatste zeer ondiep. Ook 2 jaccuzzi's buiten, maar openingstijden zijn zeker tijdens de week eerder beperkt. Uitgebreid en lekker ontbijtbuffet. Erg grote kamer, met lavabo in de kamer, apart toilet en douche en badkamer. '

'(1) the reception was the most unwelcoming of all hotels I stayed at in Japan - they insist of having you "self-register" using a ciumbersome system, which then requires 2 rather unfriendly guys to "help" you with this - checkout is likewise
(2) the rooms were the smallest I had in Japan: aproximately 17², with no room for opening your suitcase, nor a desk to write at
(3) the hotel is located in a high rise building, but sadly on the lower floors - again teh worst I had in Japan
(4) no bottle of...

'Prettig hotel, in een goede en nette buurt. Het personeel ontvangt je hartelijk. Er zijn verschillende faciliteiten in het hotel waar je gebruik van kan maken. Op loopafstand zijn er verschillende vormen van openbaar vervoer beschikbaar. De kamers zijn wel wat aan de kleine kant.'

'Was 3 hours earlier because of my flight from the Netherlands, very tired but had to wait 3 hours before checking in. My reservation was not in the computer system and check out is very early 10am. Very small rooms but ok for one night. Will next time take another hotel.'
