'We arrived early and were easily accommodated in bringing our luggage upstairs so we could go and explore the city. The hosts helped us bring our luggage up. It’s true that there are lots of stairs to the charming apartment but with help, it’s no big deal lugging bags up. And bringing them down is pretty simple. The best part was the gracious kindness and assistance from the hosts when we had lost a wallet and needed to put a hold on credit and bank cards.
