'Three of my kids from out of state flew in to watch my youngest graduate from high school. I wanted a fun place that was still close by to bring us together and allow us to spend time with each other while enjoying ourselves. This home provided the perfect environment for what I had envisioned! Joel was super attentive and helpful! We laughed, played, made memories and became a closer family over the last four days in the house. Eternally grateful for this opportunity. '

'When we arrived at the house, the grass was over grown, people were walking through the yard right next to the house. Once we got into the house, the floors were sticky. Part of the stairs were broken. Parts of the outlets were broken. The host was very hard to reach. '

'This house was great! The AC had an issue and the owner snapped to fixing it SO FAST! The AC got down to a wonderful 72 in the Florida summer. The neighborhood was quiet, the house was clean and had everything we needed. Even a high chair! Thank you! '

'If you are looking for a great house close to Universal and 20 minutes to Disney, in a quiet neighborhood, this is a place you should strongly consider. We found everything we needed throughout the house in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool area is fantastic, with a huge pool and plenty of chairs for lounging. The owners are super responsive to any needs you may have and will answer any questions in minutes. We always appreciate owners who allow our furry friends to come along....
