'I live only one hour away from Little River but wanted to stay a few nights to do some fishing without having to make the drive every day, so being right across the street from the boat ramp was super convenient! 'Breakfast was very basic cereals, bread, toast and Waffle. So if you love carbohydrates, it's the place to be. Could use some scrambled eggs, or sausages. Very clean.'

'The property was fine, but the beds were by far the most uncomfortable beds I've ever slept in. Hard with a metal sheet under the mattress acting as a bed spring. We almost left after the first night.'

'Balcony was small and the smell of someone smoking marijuana was terrible and we couldn’t sit out there!!!! TV would not work in living room and there was no one there after 8:00pm to look at it! Commode was wobbly upon sitting on it!!!!! Place to rinse feet off the beach wasn’t working!! I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Thankful we were only there one night!'

'This is a bait and switch maybe because booked through expedia because they mentioned it at check in but there are 3 buildings -the registration building where breakfast is, the main building where there are ocean views , balconies 2 pools and a lazy river. Also a tiki bar and whatever else. ALL the amenities are there. But what we got was in a third building with none of that. We were the only ones in the whole building the first night. We walked in and the table lamp didn’t work the switch...
