'Nice, clean apartment in an excellent location. After hours check in charges are steep. Internet did not work for 5 of our 7 day stay. Host was non-responsive through WhatsApp, which they had told us to use to communicate problems. Communication of the issue through Expedia was slow and did not resolve the issue. We had expected/needed internet access for work during the trip and were disappointed to have to search for that access off premises.'

'Capelli ovunque.. materasso, cuscini, doccia.. Lavatrice ROTTA. Hanno detto che avrebbero mandato un tecnico ma io non ho visto nessuno. Al mio rientro (dopo l' intera vacanza a non poter utilizzare la lavatrice ), mi hanno mandato un messaggio con scritto che il tecnico era venuto il giorno dopo il mio reclamo.. peccato che nessuno ci avesse avvisato della riparazione per darci modo di utilizzare l' elettrodomestico.. chissà se è vero Check out molto molto scomodo. In più il locker era rotto...

'La vista della camera è veramente fantastica. nonostante ciò in camera faceva caldissimo e il condizionatore non era sufficiente per rinfrescarla (oltre che ad essere pieno di polvere nel filtro). in doccia non c’è il sapone. inoltre siamo arrivati alla camera alle 15:40 e le pulizie non erano ancora iniziate, infatti siamo entrati in camera alle 16:40 al posto che alle 16. Per il resto è ben fornita (asciugacapelli e utensili per cucinare) e la posizione è comoda.'
