'The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and welcoming. The hot tub was a great addition to the room. It was a smoking room we were booked in, but the staff were very helpful in providing a liquid spray to get rid of any smoking odors in the room since we were non-smokers. The hotel was very reasonably priced for the amenities provided in the room. My only suggestion would be to include a coffee maker in the room. '

Beth, the innkeeper, is personable and tends to every detail. The property is lovely and peaceful. Great dining options just a walk away, train to the city around the corner, and a lovely neighborhood to walk around and revel in the architecture of Frank Lloyd Wright. Highly recommended inn. We shall reurn.'

'This was a typical mid-range property. It was VERY clean, in fact I was greeted with the smell of bleach when I entered my room which not everyone might like but to me it's a very clean smell. The staff was excellent, friendly and engaging. There wasn't a single hiccup in my stay. '

'This hotel is conveniently located off I55 and close and an easy drive to the city of Chicago for any events and sites you are interested in. Burr Ridge is a cute town with a walkable Village Center. We stay here whenever in the area. Breakfast is nice too.'

The day shift housekeeping staff barely spoke English if any and didn’t do anything we asked like give us towels , take trash And dirty towels from room.
