'Beautifull House Not a long vacation but we were lucky to have stayed in Mr. Albertos Villa. The house is so beautiful and clean, big enough for a big family. The garden is lovely and the most worthwhile is the location, the house is close to the coast and great view. Varous Great Restaurants in walking distance; La Spezia and Porto Venere are places worth visiting and vacationing. Thanks again Alberto '

'Her huis ligt op een prachtige plek, vlakbij een klein, lieflijk authentiek dorpje. Zwembad is heerlijk verkoelend met een magnifiek uitzicht, in de prachtige omgeving zijn oneindig veel verschillende activiteiten te doen. Het huis is van binnen prima, mag her en der ietwat beter worden schoongemaakt/vernieuwd . De veranda is een eindeloze plek waar je heerlijk kunt verblijven en genieten van het uitzicht.. Franco helpt daar waar nodig, is een goede gastheer. Dikke vette aanrader dit huis.'

'Een prima compleet uitgeruste woning met gedeeltelijk overdekt terras met eettafel en stoelen. Vanaf het terras prachtig uitzicht over de baai en omgeving. In de slaapkamer (met het 2-persoonsbed) hoor je het geluid van de brekende golven van de zee, en regelmatig een langsgaande trein.'

'Communicatie met de verhuurder was erg moeilijk. Reageerde niet op onze mail, appjes of telefoontjes. Verder moesten wij enkele minuten voor de poort wachten, terwijl de eigenaar op het terras zat'

'My family loved staying here. It is in the most iconic, quaint charming place we could possibly stay in Cinque Terre with the most spectacular views. The photos don’t even come close to doing it justice. I’ve already recommended it to all my friends. Note, like most of Cinque Terre, be prepared for stairs, lots and lots of stairs to get here, and ladders. Of course, this is part of the charm we fell in love with.'

'Wir hatten einen tollen und entspannten Urlaub! Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und alle, auch unser Hund, haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und vor allem das komplett eingezäunte Grundstück war für unsere Hündin ein Paradies!Die zentrale und trotzdem ruhige Lage des Hauses ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für tolle Ausflüge.Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!'

'Consiglio vivamente per chi vuole divertirsi, rilassarsi e stare in compagnia. '

'The house is really ready for renovation. A lot is damaged or just old. Especially the kitchen. The gym does not work at all. Beside this there are several appartments attached to the house which are full of people. They have access to the garden of the house and make noise and have a dog who also walks in the garden.'

'Das Ganze Haus und die Umgebung sind wirklich traumhaft. Es ist aber sehr enttäuschend , wenn ein Haus für 14 Personen angeboten wird und dann nicht mal am selben Tisch ein gemeinsames Essen genossen werden kann, weil es weder Platz noch die Sitzmöglichkeit dazu gibt. Es ist auch absolut daneben, wenn man 1 Woche jeden Morgen kalt duschen muss und das bei einem Haus zu dem stolzen Preis. Wir haben es täglich gemeldet!! ABER DER HAMMER IST DANN, WENN MANN EINE REDUKTION MÖCHTE UND EINEM...

'What a beautiful place! It’s an old villa but really gorgeous with terrific views. The beach is about 10 minutes walk downhill and a slog uphill coming back! Levanto is a lovely place. It was spring tides and the surfers were all out! Lots of terrific places to eat and swim and shop.'

'Easy check in, friendly owner. The kitchen is well equipped, and the overall house is comfortable. Good wifi, and a lovely tranquil spot. It’s easy to get into Levanto with its train and boat links and other facilities.'

'This is indeed a dream house. It is big, beautiful, and very well-equipped (with bed linen, sufficient towels, and even stocks of food and non-food items). The kitchen has everything you need and the swimming pool is ideal for children. The owners are kind and helpful. The small village Pignone is an authentic Italian village and has a bar, restaurants and small shops for bread, vegetables etc. The immediate environment is beautiful and there are many hiking trails. 'We spent a week in this beautiful house. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. They live in a house below the house, but are invisible until you need help. The owners are then easily accessible and helpful.The house is fully equipped and very comfortable.The hillside walk to the house takes some getting used to, but is manageable.In short, highly recommended!'
