Was very spacious inside , with it being split level and having almost separate rooms. Bathroom also massive. Only downside was path down or swimming pool a little dangerous and nor well maintained and beds a little firm but apart from that was clean and very spacious and we were able to walk out for dinner each night

Sheets were clean, bed was comfortable and it was close to main Paihia attractions. It was very noisy with all room doors leading off an enclosed central area, up 14 steps. The doors are all fire stop type and slammed with a loud echoing noise in the enclosed central area. After our first use of the door, we took care to hold it to reduce the noise but other guests seemed oblivious. It was particularly bad on Friday night with doors slamming and echoing late, keeping us awake. We could also hear the person next door urinating several times during the night, plus toilet flushing. Soundproofing seemed non-existent. Our bathroom fan did not work, leaving towels steamy and not dry. The noise was the main issue - we will not stay there again.

Our room was lovely, no problems there, shower could have been a little cleaner. But when we were leaving we used the main motels toilets and they were disgusting. Cobwebs everywhere, floor was so dirty, an over filled sanitary rubbish bin, and the taps looked rusty and filthy. I was so shocked, really put me off. Very disappointed 😢

Nothing to complain about for the price paid. We stayed two nights. Room was spacious. Area is great. Parking right outside room with an on-site laundry. It’s a budget friendly motel and based on what we paid we think we got excellent value fro money.

We found our early checkin to be fantastic and the front counter staff wonderful. We didn’t enjoy the drafts coming through the front sliding doors, it was bad. Plus there was a leaking down pipe right outside our back door, and because there was a gap between the floor and the door it was drafty and noisy from the heavy rain. Our bathroom leaked from the shower so the floor was always wet, the hand basin-was blocked which was annoying. I’m not that fussy but I would not stay there again.

Yes a nice little resort, quick stay but comfortable, although saying that the bed was very hard, so making it a bit of an uncomfortable sleep. Overall the Room was nice and spacious and bathroom well equipped. Thank you.

Staff (Richie) was amazing! Booked for the wrong date, when I turned up a day earlier than the booking, no problem for the staff to change my booking to fit me in. Worked out amazing as the original room had a group partying next door, I was relocated to a quite area with easy parking. Good value for the money paid.

The rooms are in need of updating. The couch was not good to sit on was stained and smelled of urine. Didn’t luke having to fill the kettle in the bathroom.

The room and property were very tired and in need of a renovation but it was clean. Room 301 had a really unpleasant odour in the bathroom which was probably from the drain. We weren't in the room long enough for it to bother us so didn't raise it with management.
