'Beautiful location, within about 15 min of car time from the center of Villach or the Gerlitzen ski slopes (at the Ossiacher see), less than 1,5km from the Faaker see. The building, rooms and facilities themselves could do with some maintenance, but the owners are working on that. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and we had a very pleasant winter stay!'

'We stayed early in the season (Dec), so the hotel was not operating with every possible amenity. Still, for a family holiday, it just barely sufficed, given the price. Pros: spacious room, nice balcony, good location to Rosshutte ski bus. Well heated. Cons: limited access to kettle, microwave, fridge. Games area for kids wete only at a charge of €2 for any item. TV service limited. Some parts of the hotel were well-used. A bit of a walk to town centre, although still relatively central....

'Close to train station and bus route. Pleasant 1.5km walk along the river into the old city. Excellent breakfast. Very modern but spartan. Always a few stairs even with the lift. Gravel in parking lot so hard to transport bags. No counter in bathroom. '
