'What a great find! Location is perfect - you're a couple minutes walk to the main historic area filled with attractions, shopping and bars/food - but not so close, which translates to a good nice sleep and a nice quiet breakfast on the porch. The breakfast was outstanding. The wine and sodas flow freely. The room we were in (Silver Cottage) was fabulous (husband said best night sleep in forever, so comfortable). And the staff absolutely top notch. And really - for the price, a great value....

'Wonderful stay to celebrate our 43rd wedding anniversary and first visit to St. Augustine! We loved the breakfast, Happy Hour, and texts to keep us informed and to contact the B&B if needed. The location was perfect for visiting historical things. We hope to return next year; there's more we'd like to see and do.'

'great little B&B Rooms are small but its a historic building - not a new hotel. comfy bed - nice bathroom great little breakfast buffet parking was close by - a parking pass for you vehicle needs to be collected. There isn't 24/7 on site employee due to shortage of hospitality staff - but always contactable by phone. A lovely Chinese (Sofia ??? ) lady greeted me at the hotel and had a chat with me. hotel is in a great spot in the heart of the heritage part of town - shops / cafes and a few...

'Compliments for the communication of the recetionist! Berry proactive. Thsnk you! We didn’t like the accomodation though. The room we were in was outdated and not verry well organized. There was a sink, but no table to put your toiletterie on. There was no closet. The toilet was directly near the bed. The room was not comfortable enough.'

'A very cozy B&B with great staff and wonderful amenities. The afternoon social hour with appetizers is a very nice touch to include a lovely pastry for later in the evening. While located in the historic district you are not in center thus avoiding some of the late-night live entertainment that could interfere with your sleep. Our car stayed parked during our entire stay.'

'The property is in an excellent location, within a couple of blocks of much of the downtown areas with many shops and restaurants less than 5 minutes walk away. The room was clean and comfortable with modern updates to this older home. The dining area was homey and inviting. Jess and Marcia provided exceptional service and great home cooking! They even had beach chairs and towels for our use.'

I was in an upstairs room in a separate building & it was a bit warm for sleeping. It had a ceiling fan that helped but still was too warm for me.'

'Beautiful B&B on the Matanzas River just south of the historic district of St Augustine. Easy walk to downtown restaurants and historic sites. Our room was beautiful and comfortable. In the afternoon there was a nice happy hour. We sat on the porch overlooking the water with our wine and delicious appetizers. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was courteous and helpful. Highly recommended.'
