'The property is amazing, in an excellent location. The rooms are modern inside, and this is the cleanest hotel we’ve been in so far.
The staff is amazing, providing all the support that you need.
The cleaning service is amazing as well, you feel treated as a royalty.
The Il Picollo restaurant is amazing with great breakfast options and a quite fine dining service.
It was an amazing experience and we will definitely go back.

'mooi boutique hotel met mooie kamers , jammer genoeg ligt kamer 1 op de begane grond aan de kant van de steeg waar veel volk langs komt. Douchecomfort is optimaal , te weinig afzetmogelijkheid bij de wastafel is voor langer verblijf irritant. Bijzonder vriendelijke mensen.'

'Don't let the exterior fool you. The rooms are tastefully decorated and clean. They are small, but it is Venice. Walking distance to most attractions, and the STAFF is absolutely AMAZING! The location was quiet at night, and beds and bedding was great. Thank you Vito, and team for making our Venice trip so memorable. One thing to note...no elevator, but staff moved our luggage for us. '

'zeer goed hotel met uitstekende bedden wat wij ook belangrijk vinden. goede verzorging in ontbijt en zeer schoon. ook de ligging aan de rialto met aan beide zijde winkels oploopafstand. als nuchtere hollander zeer goed aan te bevelen.

'You cannot beat the location, the hotel is literally steps away from San Marco square. My only problem was to find the place, there is no "hotel" sign, the sign actually says "312 Exclusive rooms" and is not on the square, but on a little side street. There is no lobby per se and you have to ring the bell to be buzzed in. Afterwards, your room card also lets you in the front door. I personally loved the quietness and privacy of the place. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room immaculate....
