'Het personeel is heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam maar het is een beetje jammer dat wanneer je een hotel boekt voor 26 nachten, je een kamer krijgt met oudere spullen. Een stoel met gaten in de armleuning, hard bed, grauwe vloerbedekking, een wc die slecht doorspoelt (tot 4 x toe onderhoud erbij moeten halen) . Zeker als je in de ochtend door de gangen loopt en je door andere deuren naar binnen kan kijken en daar wel frissere, nieuwe meubels ziet staan. Er was ook een verkoop van oude spullen...

"I had no Idea the slide was not working," in an annoyed way, "I will find out" and the next thing I know she hang up the phone on me. No costumer service at all. '

We decided to go to the beach of West Palm Beach which is nearby and check in later instead. The room is clean and bed is good. The air conditioning is loud (you know the older style units by the windows) and the room could use a little TLC like lamps that didn’t work or were loose....
