'We had a great stay in Riomaggiore at this unit. There are very steep steps getting up the hallway so it's not a good fit if you have trouble with stairs. The host was really great with communication and gave us clear check in instructions and local tips for where to park and what to see.'

'Riomaggiore was nieuw voor ons, maar het voelde meteen als thuiskomen. Fris en ruim huisje en een fijne ontvangst door Veronica. Ze gaf ons tips en daarmee werd het ons heel eenvoudig gemaakt. Terras op de boven verdieping was zalig door een koel windje vanuit de zee. Bedbank was ruim en stevig. Met 3 volwassenen een prima plek.'

'Our experience was very positive. It was a little noisy at night due to a restaurant or Club across the street from our window. Staff was very accommodating and assisted us with a late check-in.'

'The First is a very nice small apartment complex in a lively area in La Spezia. The very nice host Andrea went out of his way to make our trip very great. We were given great Cinque Terre tips and suggestions for restaurants. The hotel is very clean and modern. The only thing I would change is a little more privacy by having the bathroom window closed. Bathrooms are best when they're private. Had a great experience overall! '

'The experience was amazing! Maristella was great at communicating prior to check in prior to arrival and day of stay. She was responsive to requests. I had to stay an extra day because of train strike and though she had nothing available, she made a wonder recommendation. I loved the area of town my stay was in. It was convenient to everything. I would stay here again in a heartbeat ❤️'
