'Wonderful '

'Shower door did not work properly even as after asking to have it fixed they couldn’t do it. They did re-clean the room because it was dirty when we got there '

'Das Hotel liegt an einer stark befahrenen Straße., die man von einem zu dieser gelegenen Zimmer leider sehr deutlich hört. Das Frühstück ist unterdurchschnittlich. Sehr bequem sind hingegen die Betten.'

'The hotel accused us over the phone saying that someone called and report weed smells in the hallway, when i went and spoke with the front desk and asked her to check the room before i left so that i could get deposit back she stated “i already confirmed it wasnt you all” and continued to talk about how she wasn’t accusing us with 2 kids of smoking in the rooms. Then proceeded to check us out and confirmed that i would get my deposit when i asked multiple times to go check the room before i left...
