'William is a top host! He helped us with everything we mentioned. There are quite a lot of things in the object you wouldn’t be fine with, when you have to live there. As a temporary home it’s fair enough. The best thing was the big pool; they took care every second day I think. The kitchen equipment is rich, we didn’t miss anything. The BBQ place is not very inviting. The beds in the room downstairs make horrible noises when you move :-) . We will have it on our list for our next holiday(s)....

'Great house for a group, with plenty of space for everyone. Located in a quiet area but only a short walk to the beach and to the old town. 4 supermarkets nearby and an excellent wine shop. The pool, outdoor space and BBQ were great for socialising and the kitchen was well appointed and equipped for the number of guests.'

'Despite the rainy weather the first days of our two weeks-stay, we very much enjoyed the holiday house. The house was comfortable, spacy and clean on arrival. The garden, with swimming pool, has several sitting areas. Imma was a very friendly and helpful host and our accidental encounters with her husband Frank were pleasant. We most probably will return in the future.'

'Da wir L'Escala und die Umgebung schon von vorherigen Sommerurlauben kannten, hatten wir 2025 besonders genau gesucht. Dieses Ferienhaus ist uns dann aufgefallen und wurde auch sofort für 2 Wochen gebucht.Kommunikation im Vorfeld und Schlüsselübergabe liefen sehr freundlich und reibungslos ab. Flexibel wurde von William sogar noch auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen.Beim Haus selbst hat uns vor allem der große Pool gefallen, der mit dunklen Mosaikfliesen gefliest ist, die das Wasser bereits auf eine...

'We verbleven er 2 weken. Een gezinsvakantie met in totaal 10 personen, in de leeftijd van midden 50 tot 2 jaar. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Het zwembad maakt het nog extra compleet.De omgeving was fantastisch. Twee mooie stranden in de buurt en eindeloos veel om te ontdekken. '

'Perfect voor 8 personen. Woning is voorzien van alle nodige zaken. Ideale ligging met parkeermogelijkheden. Contact met zowel het agentschap als met eigenaar verliep heel vlot en aangenaam. Voor herhaling vatbaar!'

'Wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist das Objekt leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. “Mängel” wurden innerhalb einer Stunde beseitigt. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur verlief super. Die checkin Zeit ist leider erst um 17 Uhr. Der eigentümer wohnt unten drunter, kriegt man aber nicht viel von mit aber er ist nett. Die Küche ist nicht sonderlich gut eingerichtet aber das nötigste vorhanden. Von den Treppen zum Haus und zum Pool sollte man aufjedenfall noch Bilder mit in das Inserat...
