'Washer and Dryer always broke. Machines are empty. You need another luggage cart , if 1 person has it its gone forever. Staff is excellent. Jackie and Zuluma are great but are limited. Cleaning staff is great and is custodial crew. '

'The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The lobby always smelled good. The motel seems a little bit older, so there was wear and tear in some places. For instance, the tub and bathroom. It took quite awhile to get the hot water in our shower. There were places where water had gotten under the paint and it appeared those bubbles were sliced to drain. The pool was under remodel. 'Breakfast was good! I enjoyed that the proteins changed from day to day! The front desk staff were very kind and informative. I wanted housekeeping to come and take out the trash which they did AND picked up after us and made our bed while we were out for the day. We will definitely stay here again when we visit chicago again, its about a 40minute drive into the downtown area. Worth it if you want to have some quiet away from the big city each night'

'booked a room for 2 days for $170 dollars... fkund out my girl had been cheating on me and she calls the front desk to try and get.me kicke out of my room after doing nothing wrong. 'I witnessed a lot, and I stay here frequently when I travel to the Chicago area. People on the top floor are smoking with the windows open. CRACKHEADS walking in and out of the side doors.
