COASTAL COMFORT is a charming upgraded guest cottage. The cottage has two bedrooms with a shared bath and comfortably accommodates 4 guests with INCREDIBLE outdoor space including private heated pool, private backyard, dining, fire pit, grill and more!

When Coastal Comfort is available to be rented separately, the main home will be empty. You will get all the amenities of the big house at guest house pricing. Your Hidden Getaway includes private parking, access to private pool with heat available upon request, outdoor dining table by pool, porches overlooking your private backyard that backs up to the land trust, a gas fire pit, gas grill, and super cozy new upscale furnishings throughout the freshly painted home. You will Love it!

Basketball court (full-court), tennis and Pickleball courts, playground area for children are just a short stroll up the street to the north, while the never-crowded Carillon Beach is but a short stroll southward.

Walk-over #1 is where you will find one sets of complementary beach chairs (2 chairs) and pads with one umbrella set up for you daily.

Coastal Comfort is located in the sequestered gated community of Carillon Beach on the Gulf of Mexico, which enjoys 3900 feet of uncrowded, white, sugary-sand beaches. Amenities include 3 community pools: Bellview Park, Beach Club Pool (located on the Gulf of Mexico), and East Pool. There are tennis/pickle ball courts, full basketball court, children's play area and large green spaces. This is a walking, biking, golf cart community with cafe, exercise club, general store, and Baliage salon and spa. In addition to the manned entrance gate, Carillon also employs licensed security officers who patrol the grounds to ensure the safety of our guests. Carillon Beach is a 'Mayberry USA' beach community where lasting, even generational, memories are created. Also, Carillon Beach is a disability friendly community with a wheelchair lift to the main pool area and a handicapped accessible ramp from the pool to the beach. The upscale shopping and restaurants of Rosemary Beach and 30A are only a 3-minute drive away.

GUARD GATE ENTRANCE PROCEDURE AND HOA PARKING POLICY: The Carillon Beach HOA has implemented a QR code entrance procedure for renters at the main entrance. All vehicles must register and pay a $35/vehicle gate entrance fee to enter Carillon Beach. Upon registration, you will receive a QR code that you will use at the entrance scanner.
