'It's really ok and very nicely located so you can ski in and out, but there are loads of things that could be improved to really make this a fantastic place. The bathroom with a wobbly faucet and incorrectly placed shower screen, no housekeeping during the stay, a lack of large towels, unclarity about returning with skis and boots from the slopes, the uninviting bar, etc. We had a comfortable stay, just not fantastic, and for the price charged we expected a bit better.'

'Overall the hotel was average. There were a few things that i really didnt like: Every mug was chipped in multiple places, I didn't find one that was completely in tact. We had 3 people in our room but only given 2 room keys. When I asked for an extra key, I was told that I had to pay €10 for it! My husband then went to ask for an extra key and the price was then €5! If you're going to charge for 3 people (2 adults and one young teen) in a room, then make it policy to give out 3 keys. Not...
