✹ COMPLIMENTARY ESSENTIALS: We provide guests with a starter pack, which includes essential toiletries.
✹ PARKING: Free parking is available for 6 vehicles, including 2 spaces in the garage and 4 spaces on the large driveway.
✹ WORK FROM HOME: Free, high-speed wifi is available throughout the home, plus an executive office and additional workspace in bedroom 4.
✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We've got you covered with a few supplies including a Pack 'n Play/travel crib, high chair, kids' tableware, indoor and outdoor play areas, and various toys/games.
✹ NO PETS: We have a no-pet policy (except for service animals).

✹ Guests must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property.
✹ No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
✹ In the winter, you must drive a snow-capable vehicle (preferably 4WD or AWD) with snow tires and the correct chains. It is a legal requirement that you know how to use your snow chains in and around Park City.
✹ Park City is a ski town. Please plan your trip accordingly and know that we can get 1-2 ft of snow within 24 hours.
✹ A central humidifier system with heat is supplied.
✹ By law, fires may only be lit when the ground is covered with snow.
✹ “Bella Vista” blends the remoteness of a mountain escape with an unbeatable location. From here, you are within walking distance to a large network of hiking and biking trails, just 15 minutes from ski slopes, including Deer Valley and Canyons Ski Resort, 20 minutes north of downtown Park City, and just over a 10-minute drive to Kimball Junction's shops, theaters, bars, and restaurants via Mammoth Rd or 15 minutes via Hwy 80.
