I called before our stay to ask about ATV rentals the lady that answered the phone was rude and not helpful to answer any of my questions. 'The hotel is AMAZING! You don’t even have to leave the property. They have several restaurants (along with room service), a huge outdoor area with fireplaces, a pool with a few large hot tubs, many spaces to just relax in the lobby area with games… and they have an awesome spa!
